Internal Recruitment Process

Vacancies are advertised throughout the business on a regular basis and through our online HR system. We actively encourage any internal applicants to apply online or to pick to the phone. Any application must have the endorsement of your line manager. We guarantee all internal applicants an interview. Any applicant will be interviewed and considered together with any external candidates. Where possible we do our best to ensure the success of our internal candidates.

Monitoring & Evaluating Performance

At 2 weeks, 6 weeks, 12 weeks and annually you will have formally reviews with your line manager. These help us and you to make an informed decision about your future career prospects with the company.
