Citigroup, the World’s largest financial services institution, has first-hand experience of how MWB delivers bespoke property solutions profitably.
Following relocation of a former tenant at 25 Canada Square, Canary Wharf, Citgroup explored ways to generate a greater return on their vacant space than could be achieved through a conventional letting.
Having successfully established over 40 business centres across the UK, MWB Business Exchange was well placed to work in partnership with Citigroup to provide a property solution that delivered value back to them. We demonstrated how we could operate a business centre that would not only generate a substantial return but offer world class facilities to the local business community including other tenants within the building. This was of particular interest to Citigroup and played a significant part in marketing the adjacent floors. MWB Business Exchange was appointed to enter into an operating and management agreement to run a serviced office and conferencing centre within Citigroup’s UK head office.
