At MWB we recognise that everyone has Talent. That’s why our dedicated Talent Development team works closely with every individual in the business to help them to realise their true potential.

We will get to know each and every person in our company. That means that in BX you are a real person; you are not just a number.  

On a regular basis the senior people within the business discuss all employees ensuring that a development plan is created for each person. In addition to that we give you the opportunity to tell us what you want to do through a variety of ways; in one to one discussions with your manager, in your annual appraisal and at our “Be Frank” meetings.

We promote a culture of openness and honesty and we like it if people are outspoken about their view and show real personality. Almost all of our recruitment starts at the junior level of our business giving you lots of opportunity to progress.

Many of our employees have enjoyed service of over 5 years with us and considering we have only been in operation since 1997 we see this as a genuine measurement of our success.

Just last year we created our 10 year club for those employees who have been fortunate enough to have been with us from the start.
