Is it possible to value the income generated by a management agreement?
Yes. Once the centre reaches maturity you can value the EBITDA on a price / earnings basis. Invariably the income delivered is greater than could be achieved on a conventional lease.
How does the income compare to conventional letting?
Every building is different, but if the building size and configurations matches our standard portfolio, then the income would far outweigh that generated by a conventional lease.

How much more rent will I get with a management agreement?
Most agreements generate in excess of 120% of estimated rental value (ERV).
