Make the Most of Your Serviced Meeting Rooms

At a serviced office you will have access to stylish meeting rooms for client and internal meetings. Meetings can be fruitless if you don’t plan them carefully. Here are some tips for making them effective:
Keep it short and sweet
Do not waste time when a meeting has come to its conclusion. Often people will continue to labour the point because the meeting isn’t scheduled to finish yet. Aim to keep the meeting as short and concise as possible. This will maintain the momentum and people will remain enthusiastic. Meetings that run over tend to become tired and aimless and its not good policy to keep the next client waiting!
Invite the relevant people
If you don’t invite the relevant people you’re in danger of having attendees that simply aren’t interested in the topic and have little value to add. It can cause a negative outcome to the meeting and again a resolution may continue to elude you.
Prepare, prepare, prepare
This almost goes without saying. You need to ensure everyone knows when the meeting is, where it is and the agenda. Ensure attendees know if they are to prepare information and assign a time to each agenda point.
Make the most of facilities
Make sure you order any projectors or other equipment in advance. Your business centre manager will be happy to set up the room for you and supply any relevant conferencing equipment.
