As a working mum it can be a challenge at times to juggle your two jobs, that of your business and that of running your family and household. 

The key to success is becoming adept at saving time so that you can get through more jobs.  Working from home can give you access to do this but it can be difficult to balance both demanding jobs and problems can occur.  It’s easy to become disorganized and before you know it your home life is merging into your work life and vice versa.  Now and then it can’t be helped but in the main you need to have strong well defined boundaries between the two. 

Using the facilities that a virtual office package brings can help dramatically to reduce the chaos.  Rather than having post coming in to your home and having to open it yourself you can have it directed to the virtual office were it can be opened and categorized there.  You can also make use of the call handling services there perhaps at certain times in the day when you know you’re going to be preoccupied with getting breakfast ready or picking the kids up from school for example.  Call handling staff can take the calls for you and give you messages when you’re ready to take calls again.
