Serviced offices open to all

When serviced offices were first created as a concept and indeed for a long time since then, they were seen as the place for start up, one man businesses perhaps with just one or two employees and were viewed as just a short term solution until the business could afford more traditional office space.

However, times have changed and so has the views of the public and businesses in general.  According to a survey earlier this year within the office space industry, serviced offices are no longer being seen in this light.

Indeed, serviced offices in London and all over the UK are now seeing occupants stay for much longer durations and many have little or no intention of moving on or even back to traditional office space.

It may be that this change in perception has come about primarily thanks to the recession; with the need to be flexible and roll with the changing economic times, the flexibility and adaptability of serviced office space suits many companies.

London is one area in which serviced offices are now seeing an increase in the number of longer term contracts being signed from the start, especially in exclusive areas such as serviced offices in the West End.  Occupancy levels are increasing and showing little signs of slowing down.
