What happens if technology goes wrong in serviced offices?

When you run your own business, whether you are working from home, a traditional rented office or serviced offices, things can go wrong with technology and it is a worry no matter what.
However, at least with serviced offices things are generally less likely to go wrong. This is generally because serviced offices make it their business to have their IT infrastructure as secure and safe as possible with full support in case things go wrong – they wouldn’t last very long in business if their tenants, none of whom are committed or tied into long term leases, had constant problems with their technology.
In addition, if something has gone wrong in the past, the serviced office management has usually seen it and fixed it before and put procedures in place to ensure that either it can’t happen again or if it does there is a fast solution.
Compare this level of service to how you would cope in your home office or a rented office that doesn’t come with support and you generally find yourself at the mercy of whichever IT company set you up in the first place and at the back of the queue with all their other customers no matter how important you are to them.
At least with a serviced office, you can concentrate on your business and what you need to do to keep the revenue coming in whilst they support you with a tried and tested IT infrastructure and support you can rely on.
