We would gladly recommend MWB to any client for good service and a great meeting room venue. Pricing might be a bit steep but it is the venue for the client who would not mind to pay a little more for quality service.

He was running around for me sorting everything out and no request or issue that I put to him was never a problems and was always sorted out. I was very impressed with his great custimer service and his felxibility.

I have since booked a further event at the venue on 3 December and once again Bradly has been fantastic. I have been for a number of visits to the venue for this event and once again nothing is to much trouble.

I can quite often be a fairly demanding client but this never seem to ruffle Bradley’s feathers.

There is not a single incident that has prompted this recommendation; it is the continual high quality of service offered by Lisa Kilner and her team. SITS Group has occupied a 4 man office since June08 at Quorum 16. During this time there have been many incidents when we have raised last minute requests, or our clients have changed their requirements meaning meeting rooms and food requirements were altered at the last minute. In addition to this there has been two occasions whereby Lisa herself has attended the offices on a Saturday and one on a Sunday to provide ourselves access to computer rooms when moving our kit. On both occasions without question Lisa ensured that we were able to fulfil the tasks we needed to.

From the friendly reception services for ourselves and our clients, to the teams’ continued willingness to meet all of our (and other Quorum 16) clients requirements I feel that the team deserve a nomination for a WOW award.

The movement of the cabinets was tricky but the staff could not have been more helpful in making sure the operation went smoothly.

I would also like to add that the staff are always happy, friendly and approachable, which really gives an excellent impression to our clients, whether by telephone or personal visit to the office. The office services are always run incredibly efficiently demonstrating excellent centre management.

Nothing is ever too much trouble, she is super efficient and always gets the job done. There are many examples of how she is always helpful, but most recently I had a little trouble with invoicing following a booking I had made at MWB in Birmingham. Although I had made the booking myself with Birmingham, Hannah took ownership of the problem and dealt with it efficiently and resolved the issue for any further bookings we may make there. Hannah, Jessica Bradley and all of the staff here in MWB Maidenhead provide exemplary back up to our team here in Maidenhead and I think it would be difficult to find a similarily efficient friendly serviced office team!

Melody Beauchamp from MWB Reading deserves The WOW Award because:

I would like to nominate Melody not for a single WOW event but for providing a continual level of “WOW” service over the years we have been at Reading. Continual “WOW” is so much better than a one off event. No matter what the problem she deals with it promptly, efficiently, with a smile and goes out of her way to ensure you get a resolution (whether its fixing a desk, sorting out the MWB IT, helping to plan our office layout, etc). Having worked in Customer Service for many years, I would not hesitate in having Melody as part of my team.

Rebecca Moorhouse from MWB Soho Squaredeserves The WOW Award because:

After a bad experience at my previous centre I have been amazed by the difference at Soho.Becky is constantly on hand to help, is an excellent manager and works closely with her team who are all fab!.She cannot do enough to help, though to be honest every member of the team here from management through to the cleaners are brilliant at their jobs, always working hard to improve things, happy and friendly. What has particularly impressed me about Becky? She knows every client really well. If there is a problem in the building we are all Emailed immediately and given continous updates on progress. She is alway really friendly and happy and I think this shows in the team who are happy and motivated. She sometimes pops her head in, just to say hi and check everything is ok, and is constantly in touch with clients to check on their satisfaction with the service.Even phoned me one day when she knew I was really busy to see if she could get me some lunch while she was out - I call that going the extra mile!! Previously I was considering leaving MWB, but would stay here permanently due to the fantastic level of service I have received from everyone. I wish I could nominate everyone here because they are great!!!
