I would like to nominate Ross Kerr for his help on a recent photo shoot. I run a design agency in Quorum 16 on the Quorum Business Park and was asked to direct a photo shoot for the Quorum Business Park. One the day of the shoot one of our models had to drop out and this left the shoot in doubt, with tight schedules to meet and budget requirements we had to make the shoot happen. After putting out a call for models needed urgently for a photo shoot on the business park Ross helped us out. Always keen to help out where he could and pose for shot after shot, Ross stayed with us until we had all the shots we needed, ensuring a successful job! Thanks Ross, job done, it’s a wrap!

I wanted to have a couple of whiteboards installed in our new office. To save us the expense of buying new ones, Cheryl offered me some from previous customers. Nicola then took me to their storage area and let me choose a couple. As I was not sure of their sizes, Nicola went back and measured them for me. She also had them installed in the office. Once installed, she was a bit sorry that they needed cleaning. Cheryl and her team at MWB always go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service, and they always do it with a smile.

All of the centre staff have been extremely helpful and have gone above and beyond during my year in the offices. I especially think that the reception staff Coral, Julia and Lisa have been not only efficient but helpful and have very pleasant demeanours in everything that they do for us, the first impressions our clients get when visiting us are very important. I also want to say a big thanks to Betty and Hannah as they are able to deal with any situation with speed and efficiency. We visited a significant number of offices around Mayfair and spoke to several different serviced office providers. Adam took us to see a number of MWB offices which we were very impressed with. Adam put forward an attractive proposal for the Berkeley St. property, which we were tempted to accept, but in the end we decided to go for an office with more space over the superior location and services provided at 1 Berkeley St. The service we received from Adam and his team was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and they stood out head and shoulders above the competition. Next time we move offices, Adam will definitely be the first person we call.

As a business owner I always find it a pleasure to deal with Sales people who are clearly interested in winning business, but are not prepared to push for a deal I am not comfortable with. Adam was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process, at no point did he try to convince me to move on any office I wasn’t happy with and I was continually left with the impression he did a lot of work behind the scenes to find the office that I eventually took. Adam managed the handover process to the staff that manage the center. It was very smooth and I have been in the office for a few weeks and couldn’t be happier.

Aggi is based at Kew Road Richnond meeting centre and we had facilities there on 30th November. We are London United Transport. Frm the very first discussions with Aggi he constanly gave the impression that he was in control of everything and our satisfaction was the most important thing to him. On arrival he personally escorted us to the venue rooms and explained everthing. He re-assured us of the details of our requirements by re-stating them to us on arrival and was there throughout the day to deliver whatever was required. The car parking was a problem on the day for our delegates as staff had taken most of the places and this had not been forseen due to difficult weather conditions. Aggi went outside the building to re-direct candidates who had been told to park at the venue to re-direct them. His level of customer service was over and above what was expected and I would use the facilities again because of this.

I had some serious problems with a courier who insisted they had dropped off all the parcels. This was untrue and with the help of Oksana we managed to get it sorted out. She was polite, firm but fair and saved me a lot of time and bother sorting this out for me. Time is money and she saved me lots.

The Operations Team – Brighton
I would like to nominate the whole of the Operations Team in Brighton for a WOW Award! I appreciate this may not be the norm but I can say, point blank, that each one of them is a credit to your organisation! Since our occupation in 2007, the whole team, without exception, have made us feel extremely welcome and has always gone above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our office runs as smoothly as possible. Sadly we (ICP Search) are leaving to take on a conventional office lease but I could not go without given the team our huge thanks! We are very sad to be leaving the team behind and wish we could take them all with us!! They are a real asset to your company and I cnnot recommend them highly enough!!

This person goes above and beyond the call of duty, she is always ready to help and nothing is too much. Although she is the regional manager of an office team, she is not averse to getting the job done by acting as part of the team, even if it is a demeaning task. Jacob’s customer service and general support for us during a tricky office re-shuffle was truly excellent. We did have some IT delays/issues but he kept on the case for us and eventually nagged through the required changes.

Hayley Taylor & colleague from Pall Mall Court, Manchester deserves The WOW Award because:

We were brought in by the client to run a team-building session. Unfortunately, the client had not booked a spacious-enough room, but Hayley and her colleague did everything they could to make our session work. For exemple, they personally shifted superfluous furniture out of the room to create more space, and facilitated the removal all the chairs for part of the day. We were quite a demanding client, but nothing was too much trouble. The session was a great success in the end.
Also, Hayley has been really helpful in me retrieving my laptop bag, which I left.
All in all, a really positive experience of working at the centre.

Team from Leeds deserves The WOW Award because:

At 5.50pm I realised it was my mother’s 82nd Birthday the very next day! By 6pm the team at Leeds had provided me with a Birthday card and it had also made it into the last post. The card was from personal stock they had.
This was service above and beyond the call of duty!!!

Jeremy Gilbert from Euston Fitzrovia deserves The WOW Award because:

Jeremy recently organized a very important client seminar for us. We are a start up company and the event was designed to give approx 14 brand new clients the opportunity to see what we were about as a company and also our offerings. this involved quite a bit of logistics, not only refreshments but also setting up a wireless network for our guests to work on as part of an interactive demo.
the service we received from the team here was first class, they not only delivered what they said they would, but Jeremy’s involvement in the planning was crucial but also his input in the run up and during the event was exceptional. it’s fair to say that without Jeremy’s input our initial plans would have gone up in flames, but in the end we actually hosted an extremely successful event which made us look exceptional.
A survey of the attendees found that everybody rated the location as excellent or very good.

I recently moved to a different office within the MWB building and Emma’s help was invaluable. She ensured that all the telephones and internet were moved when requested and was checking everything to the smallest detail. She even cleaned the tables and tambours so it was ready that day, before the cleaners came in. Emma always greets us with a smile and no task is too small for her to help us with.
