That’s why we have introduced The WOW awards. The WOW awards enable our clients to recognise individuals who have excelled in our clients eyes. Here are a few examples of what they have said about our People:

Veronica from 85 TCR deserves The WOW Award because:

Nominated by Olawale B — September 18, 2009 at 8:42 am

Naomi Attwood from Bury deserves The WOW Award because:

I have now been at Europa House, Bury for 2 years and the support from the Business Lodge staff has been excellent. In particular, I am nominating Naomi because she has consistently been a real attribute to the centre. Not only does she do all her regular tasks with cheerfulness but she readily sorts out problems to give us excellent customer service. There are many examples, but one that comes to mind is at a recent Best of Bury exhibition one evening in Prestwich. I discovered that I had forgotten a power lead for my laptop presentation. I heard that Naomi was coming late from the office and she willingly retrieved the laptop power lead from my desk so I could continue with the presentation.

Nominated by Paul Beck — September 16, 2009 at 2:31 pm

Siobhan Henderson from MWB Manchester deserves The WOW Award because:

We recently moved our Manchester office to MWB offices at Pall Mall Court. Prior to the move, we faced a number of challenges, not least of which was getting an extremely heavy pre-assembled computer cabinet which had been delivered to ground floor, to the 1st floor and then some days later moving it again to the IT server room. The delivery crew were unable to shift the cabinet and additional labour was found. However, due to initial delay in shifting the cabinet because of lack of manpower,it was necessary for out of hours access to be granted and for someone from MWB to be in attendance. Siobhan, without hesitation offered to stay late and to attend on the Saturday morning to facilitate the move of the cabinet. She also physically assisted the crew to move the cabinet. In addition, following the initial move of the office she in particular but also members of her team, took all steps to make our staff welcome and provided immediate and continuous support before, during and after the move. I have been involved in office relocations for many years and I am pleased to be able to say that the level of customer support, service and care provided by Siobhan and her team was exceptional and I am delighted to nominate for WOW award.

Nominated by Joseph Hillary — September 16, 2009 at 9:38 am

We are more than happy and often surprised at the level of efficientcy we receive on a daily basis and would therefore like to nominate all at MWB for this prestigious award……. Best of luck MWB! MWB Business Exchange and our people are passionate about service. We strive to exceed the expectations of our clients and give their businesses the freedom to excel. That’s why we have introduced The WOW awards. The WOW awards enable our clients to recognise individuals who have excelled in our clients eyes. Here are a few examples of what they have said about our People:

Sylvi Wilamowska from Sekforde Street deserves The WOW Award because:

Our air conditioning urgently required fixing, Sylvi ensured that this was fixed and at a time that suited our schedule.

Nominated by Peren — September 8, 2009 at 3:21 pm

Sylvi & Nina from Sekforde Street deserves The WOW Award because:

A bit of an embarrassing one but I hope it illustrates how great the sekforde team are – I have recently come back to work after having a baby and was keen not to move her over to the bottle so that meant needing to express milk. Obviously not something I wanted to have to do in our open plan office!!!
As Sylvi is so approachable I didn’t feel embarrassed (as I may have with anyone else) about asking if there was any space I could use privately to do the deed! She made it so easy and gave me 3 great options. Once we agreed the best one Nina was also fab at making sure she was quick to unlock the agreed space when needed and warning everyone to steer clear so I never had anyone burst in on me!

Nominated by Heloise Laight — September 8, 2009 at 8:41 am

Bianca from Clerkenwell deserves The WOW Award because:

continued excellent customer service and always bright and cheerful

Nominated by Jeffrey Waters — September 8, 2009 at 8:41 am

Jacob Matthews from Sekforde Street 1 deserves The WOW Award because:

We recently moved within the building and Jacob was exceptional. He sorted out all of our IT, patching in computers and phones to make sure we were up and running as well as sorting out technical problems with the internet and printer. He also performed numerous other jobs all on the same day! And finally, just before he was due to finish he took a tin of WD40 and a spanner to unlodge a key that had got stuck in the office door so we were safe for the night. He must have spent a full day with us and I cannot praise him and his boss Sylvi more highly.

Nominated by Kevin Scott — September 7, 2009 at 4:43 pm

Sylvi Wilamowska from Sekforde Street deserves The WOW Award because:

I would be delighted to nominate Sylvi Wilamowska, the Operations Manager at Sekforde Street, as she singly embodies first class customer service and is a very positive representation for MWB.
Ever since we first came to these offices (Spring 2007) she’s always been very helpful, friendly and proactive in her customer service towards us. I’m certain that her positive approach and the extra effort that she’s always willing to make also rubs off on other staff at the centre – who also tend to be exceptionally helpful, even if they are only working there on a short term or temporary basis.

Nominated by Jonas Jaanimagi — September 7, 2009 at 4:14 pm

Lizzie from 17 – 19 Bedford Street deserves The WOW Award because:

She is always very friendly and accommodating and has a vibrant smile every day, even when it raining. Her team is always on the ball and ready with helpful input and she really seems to derive genuine pleasure from a job well done.

I had a viewing with a large prospect that was conducted by Carl.

impressed. Well done!

If I ever need anything Lisa is my go-to-gal and she is always incredibly helpful and accommodating. Its great coming to work and being able to relax because I know that if I need her, Lisa will go above and beyond for me – and everyone else for that matter! Lisa DEFINITELY deserves recognition for being just generally wonderful!!!

Nominated by Lizzie Bell — September 4, 2009 at 11:58 am

Nicola Richardson from Wellington House, Cambridge deserves The WOW Award because:

I am a start-up business, and enquired into serviced offices for the first time only 3-4 weeks ago. I visited several potential offices in Cambridge, however selecting Wellington House proved an easy task.
While the location and quality of offices were of course factors, the service offered by Nicola certainly contributed to my decision. Although not her ‘main’ job (she was covering for a holiday), she was informative, friendly and open. The impression she gave seemed genuine, and this has been borne out since my arrival here.
Exceptional customer services is easy to promise, but seems difficult to deliver. Nicola (as well as Dale and Jo in support) has surpassed my expectations and deserves special mention.
Rob Lipscombe

Kristy Small from Cuthbert House, All Saints, Newcastle upon Tyne deserves The WOW Award because:

Nothing is ever too much of a problem for Kristy. Recently we placed an advert in the local press for free training we were offering. We needed a dedicated phone line(different from our usual one) so that interested applicants could leave their details. The girls on reception were to take the call in the first instance and then the caller would be put through to the secondary phone line. It took ages to set up this quite complicated process but Kristy went out of her way to make sure we were happy with the procedure. She spent at least half an hour showing me how to leave an outgoing message on the system and then how to pick up incoming messages. All this was done in such a friendly and helpful manner.
Kristy has always shown great professionalism and efficiency in everything she has done for me – from the first moment I met her when she showed me round Cuthbert House up to the present time. Because she is so easy to get on with I often chatted to her about work problems (our learning centre depended on Government funding) and she was always very supportive and even gave me contact names of people she thought may be able to help me. A really great girl!

Having sent an email requesting information on Quorum 16, I was very pleased to receive an immediate email and follow up phone call from Scott.

I was given the requested information and invited to view the site that very same day.

I was very impressed with Scott’s knowledge of the business centre and his professional manner. As with any business owner, I asked Scott a lot of questions! He always politely and quickly answered the questions.

We were so impressed with both Quorum 16 and Scott that within 24 hours we had decided to relocate the business! We made the decision very quickly due to the fact that Scott was able to present us with all the facts in a clear and concise manner within a very short time period.

The image of our brand is vital to us and we feel that Quorum 16 reflects our professional ethos perfectly. I feel comfortable that Scott will continue to give us this level of service and that we are moving our business to an excellent site that will enable us to continue our growth.

Please do pass on our thanks to Scott for his superb level of customer care – it has certainly been 5*+ as advertised!

Team from Manchester King Street deserves The WOW Award because:

Again I have been wowed by the team at King Street. Recently we held a conference for our clients, from the start Hayley & Alice were so helpful with assisting us in the planning of the event. There was so much I had not thought of, I was lucky they were there to help me. Sharon came in early on the day to help the team, which I know she did not have to do. We originally planned to have the set up as board room but half an hour before the start, I decided to change the layout to u-shape. I also changed my mind regarding the AV equipment, the team rallied around changing all of this for me, so I could concentrate on preparing for our visitors. When our clients arrived they were met with a very warm and friendly welcome as always. We had amazing feedback from our clients; they were so impressed with the helpful team and the Venue. The team’s continuous dedication and professionalism is a credit to Siobhan’s high standards and to MWB.

Nikki, Gill, Kirsten, Emma from Edinburgh South deserves The WOW Award because:

Since our company moved into the offices at Westpoint the MWB staff have been
very helpful and obliging. I work on the first floor at Wespoint and this
nomination is based on a purely personal basis.
I suffer from Cervical Spondolosis and more recently been diagnosed with
Rheumatoid Arthritis. The MWB staff have been fantastic in all aspects of my
situation. If heavy packages, deliveries etc arrive at reception they are
more than willing to bring them up to the office for me. They know that I
send out a lot of kit and that uplifts have to be arranged for these and
again the girls will check with me to make sure I don’t have anything going
out that will be too heavy or awarkward for me to carry. When I am working
in the office on my own, again they will ask me if there is anything that
needs to be lifted, moved etc. They are extremely friendly and make it a
pleasure to go into reception no matter what time of day it is, this helps me
greatly and believe me when I am in a lot of pain this helps a great deal. I
am very grateful and thankful that they are part of the MWB team especially
as they have other offices in the building that they have to look after, but
I can assure you that they would be the same with everyone.

Nominated by Susan Broadfoot — July 10, 2009 at 2:25 pm

Dolly and Mary from Baker Street deserves The WOW Award because:

Dolly and Mary are the receptionists at the building my company rents for
office space.
Dolly and Mary are 2 of the politest and most helpful people I have had the
fortune of meeting in a professional enviroment. They are always ready 2 help
me and they always take the time from there day to say hello.
However a particular time when they went above and beyond there required
duties was when they helped me to preoare a presentaion for some work
colleagues that involved me doing alot of research online and also putting
the presentaion togethor. Dolly and Mary helped me collaberate everything
togethor so that the final piece was far better than i would have done alone.
they even did so into there own time. They finished there shift at 6PM but
stayed with me till gone 7PM.
They are both always a pleasure to talk to and they make everything I do that
little bit easier everytime they get involved.
kind regards
Gatano Parnis

Nominated by Gatano Parnis — July 10, 2009 at 2:23 pm

The Team from Nottingham deserves The WOW Award because:

I have used office space at 15 Wheelergate since January 2009. I am not the
customer of MWB however, but an Associate of the customer. So – the MWB team are not nice to me just because I pay the bill! There has not been one single
instance where I have not received absolutely first class service when I
visit the premises. This has been in terms of support, knowledge,
friendliness, professionalism and relationship building. The team is run by
Caroline and comprises Anna, Jacqueline, Lauren and the newly recruited
Francis. They all call me by name and greet my visiting clients
professionally. The place is kept clean and tidy and, for an old building,
is well equipped. I do not come in every day but they are always welcoming -
they know what other of my colleagues are in – they have helped me with
printers – the kitchen is well maintained – they make me feel valued.
This nomination is not for any person in particular – it is for the whole
team for delivering a consistenly excellent, customer focussed service over a
long period of time.

Beth Gardner from MWB Business Exchange Manchester South (Trident 1) deserves The WOW Award because:

Excellent Service!

Nominated by Kash Ali — June 18, 2009 at 10:21 am

The team deserves The WOW Award because:

I would like to nominate the whole team for their hard work for the recent office moves that they have completed. We only had a very small move but I know that the team had a major move on the 7th floor on the very same day as our requests. The day and pressure was extremely high for them but they managed to complete everything with efficiency and smile. As there are very few moves that go on in this building there are few opportunities for the team to be recognised for their efforts. I will take this opportunity to say thanks for their help through out the whole year as they are constantly under pressure and everybody always wants attention immediately. The team always do whatever is possible to meet everyone’s needs. Many thanks.

Julie Brook from Leeds deserves The WOW Award because:

Each day that I come to the office I am greeted by Julie and her colleagues
is a courteous and professional manner. Furthermore, whenever I require

image of MWB. Please pass on my thanks for making it a pleasure to work with
them.

Nominated by Barry Connor — May 29, 2009 at 3:56 pm

Yago from Soho Square deserves The WOW Award because:

I work for Alibaba.com and we are tenants of 18 Soho Square in the MWB
Buiness Exchange centre. Since I started with the company at the beginning of
March, the staff here have all been very helpful and professional. But one
person who never fails to impress is Yago.

He also says good morning and good evening. He will go out of his way to help
you in anyway that he can, always with a smile. He will joke with you and ask
how your weekend/ evening was.

Yago isn’t polite for the sake of being polite – he is that nice and polite
because that is his nature. Since moving in here, we have moved offices and
he was so helpful during the whole move. When I needed advice or was stuck, he would offer to help and stayed until the problem was resolved.

He is an outstanding member of the team in the building and should be told
so. Thank you.

Baljit is always very friendly and warm. So much so that when I enter the premises and she is on reception, I always feel as if I have been personally invited. She takes a personal interest in people around her and that makes others feel special. I have worked in many places and visited many offices where the reception is less than desirable, therefore, I really want to make this nomination in recognition of her excellent attitude and care for people! Thanks
