Next phase of expansion plan - 24.07.2006

MWB Business Exchange Plc (“Business Exchange”), the AIM-listed flexible office space provider, today announces the next phase of its expansion programme which, on completion, will increase the number of workstations by approximately 1,700 to well in excess of 14,000.

Business Exchange, the UK’s second largest provider of flexible office space, has acquired two new centres in London’s West End and is in the process of agreeing terms on four more centres – two in the City of London and one each in Bristol and Newcastle. It has also doubled its space in its prime Birmingham city centre location.

Following completion, Business Exchange will have a nationwide network of centres totalling 57, providing more than 1m sq ft of prime modern office accommodation. In addition, these latest acquisitions will further strengthen Business Exchange’s highly successful meeting and conference room division.

In the West End Business Exchange has leased two floors, totalling 25,700 sq ft, at 33 Cavendish Square, W1 that will provide 314 workstations and seven meeting and conference rooms. It is anticipated the centre, Business Exchange’s first NoHo location, will open in September 2006.
