Gary Spellins appointed as non-exec director - 28.04.2006

MWB Business Exchange today announces that Gary Spellins is to join the Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from Thu, 31st of Jan 2008. 18:11:161^st May 2006.

Gary is Chief Executive Officer of Thornbury Nursing Services (“Thornbury”), one of the UK’s leading healthcare staffing businesses. He led Thornbury’s management buyout team in September 2002 acquiring the business with Duke Street Capital, the private equity firm.

Before Thornbury he was Group Managing Director of RAC Business Solutions and held senior positions within the Lex Service PLC, GE Capital and American Express both in the UK and overseas.

Welcoming him to the Board Richard Balfour-Lynn, Chairman of Business Exchange, said: “Gary brings a wealth of broad business experience to the Board.
