Acquisitions Director Assistant

As you might imagine, our Acquisitions Director gets pretty busy. After a cup of tea and a sit-down, we decided that we're going to need an assistant.

The ideal candidate will be confident, able to use their initiative and think on their feet. 

Main duties will include:

  • Travel arrangements
  • Diary management
  • Filing
  • Light secretarial tasks such as copy/audio typing
  • Production of presentations such as PowerPoint and Excel spreadsheet.
  • Expenses
  • Personal work
