Event - Overcoming Hurdles

Thank you for everyone who attended our event at MWB Hounsditch prior to the Business Travel Club regular networking event.

Keynotes were delivered by Morag Alabaster – Meeting Venues Director or MWB, along with Peter Ducker, Executive Director of HBAA, who advised us all to think about our contracts with hotel suppliers for 2012 and ensure we discuss the inclusion of rates during games time. Jon Green “MR Travel” gave us all and insight into staff  travel planning for next year, Jon Lane from BT told us “we are underestimating” and need to start planning now. And Finally Jamie Hindhaugh from the BBC shared there 2012  business as usual plan as well as highlighting the coverage from the BBC next year ensuring that London is the best capital city to host events.
