Recruitment for Small Businesses

“It’s not the right time to be thinking about recruitment.”
“I can do the job myself.”
“Nobody else will really understand what it is we do.”

Successful companies are those that expanded at the right time, taking on the best people and equipping them to go out and make a success in their market.
But how should small businesses go about the often expensive and time-consuming process of recruitment?
